What’s New?

When we as homeowners purchased our property in Wilderness Ridge we were all given or should have been given a copy of the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Wilderness Ridge”. This document is an agreement between Wilderness Ridge Country Club, the Homeowners Association and us as homeowners.

Most of the time there is harmony between the three groups. However covenant violations and golf course and HOA rule violations do occur from time to time. We as homeowners need to be diligent with compliance or we could lose the privileges we have. Remember, the golf course is private property – not a public park for residents — the course is for golf only. This means kids, adults or dogs are not allowed to play on the golf course.

There are times of the year when golf course maintenance may fall behind, due to weather or less than a full staff. The course is private property and its maintenance is at the sole discretion of Wilderness Ridge. Please do not approach the staff or management regarding course cosmetic issues.
If you do see violations, please call it to their attention. On serious matters like golf course abuse, destruction of property, pumping of pool water on course, etc., don’t hesitate to call the Wilderness Ridge, General Manager, at 402-434-5125.
