Wilderness Ridge HOA Board Management Policy

PURPOSE
To recognize the Board of Directors as a property management body for the residents of Wilderness Ridge. Assisting in matters concerning HOA business, Covenants and Bylaws only.

POLICY

  1. The Board of Directors will maintain HOA common area property and conduct financial business for the HOA.
  2. The Board of Directors are available at anytime to answer questions & calls regarding the following:
    1. Finances
    2. Maintenance Issues of HOA properties only
    3. Dues
    4. Covenants
    5. Meetings and Agendas
    6. Website and Newsletter Communications
    7. Resident Information
    8. New Resident Inquiries
    9. New Construction Issues

The Board is pleased to be available to act as an initial resource to all residents on business matters of HOA and HOA properties. The Board does not wish to take part in the following:

  1. Planning of social events
  2. Private disputes between neighbors unless items 1– 9 from above are involved
  3. Golf course issues should be taken to the club house management
  4. Violation of any city ordinance should be reported to appropriate city officials
  5. It is the responsibility of residents to be familiar with the Covenants and business posted on the Website
